The purpose of this module is to embed in learners, a powerful logical thinking strategy to enable successful, meta-cognitive, fault finding and proof technological systems and to facilitate learners to identify and evaluate the key contributary factors for effective communication within a larger team horizontally across production shifts and vertically to SME’s, supervisors and managers when escalating open issues.

This course is designed to provide a broad, un-biased introductory overview of Industrial Internet of Things. It covers the hype, acronyms, pitfalls, and challenges involved in deploying an IIoT project.

Target Audience -  Manufacturing process engineers, project managers interested in sensor technology deployment. 

With the approach of the Machine Regulation Act laying down  H&S requirements for machinery and related products from 20th January, 2027; our members may be interested in this /Certified Machine Safety Expert’  training from PILZ.

Delivered over 4 days

Participants will develop a sense of mastery in using statistical techniques and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.  

Learners are required to bring a laptop to this course module.  It is important that you please have your laptop with you from day 1. The course cannot be completed on a phone.
