Assessment
Assessment for this programme is by continuous assessment, designed to embed learning and ensure practical application for each participant. The trainer will provide detailed guidance on each assessment component throughout the programme.
Participants will complete the following assessment components:
Learning journal – 70%
Presentation – 30%
At the end of the programme participants will:
- Demonstrate an understanding of personal behavioural and communication styles and understand how they influence interactions with others, through behavioural profiling and reflection.
- Develop key communication skills and the confidence to manage others effectively, including setting goals, delegating, providing feedback, and supporting performance.
- Develop and improve presentation skills by designing and delivering impactful presentations, supported by practice and constructive feedback.
- Develop competence in core management capabilities, including running effective meetings, team development, and time management.
